What we love

  • Just off Pichola lake, sits this beautiful traditional haveli that offers you a chance to experience the rich cultural heritage of Rajasthan while making you feel like royalty! With domes, jharokhas and latticed panels, the architectural style of this intimate palace will take you back a few centuries. Something that’s bound to catch your eye are the gorgeous hand painted walls, intricate carving, detailed inlay work and frescos that adorn all parts of the palace!
  • We fell in love with the rooftop restaurant and pool at this palace hotel. Your favourite dishes roll in while you soak in the arresting views of the shimmering lake Pichola, the city and lake palace and the serene Aravalli hills in the background! During the day, the swimming pool is just the place to cool off and unwind.
  • Each bedroom is bound to make you feel like royalty! The commodious palatial bedrooms with marble flooring have been adorned with carved wooden furniture, stark artworks and best of all hand painted walls and ceilings! For those who’d like a view of the mountains or the lake, opt for the suites!

Local Scenes of Udaipur

A woman washes clothes in the waters of the lake, a man finds his spot to light the chillum, another welcomes the entrigued tourist as he walks past his colourful shop, another carves out intricate structures from stone and yet another swirls his moustache and wonders when it’ll grow longer. The local sights of Udaipur can keep you engaged until your eyes tire.
