GREAT FOR

A magical palace hotel perfect for couple and honeymooners. This palace hotel is also great for a milestone celebration in the company of loved ones - weddings, anniversary or birthday celebrations.

What we love

  • An enchanting and age-old cobbled pathway leads up to the palace where one is welcomed with the highest levels of hospitality and treated to the finest of luxuries.
  • The sprawling palace is built on multiple levels and connected by charming ancient stairways and corridors decorated with antiques. These quaint passages lead up to some of the most enchanting areas: Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Mirrors, Sultan Mahal, the lounge area adorned with colourful frescoes depicting the local sights and scenes of another era and the romantic rooftop infinity pool with cozy fireplaces to keep you warm.
  • We particularly love the nonchalant courtyard that will make you stop, look back and order a cup of coffee or a drink. Here, little sparrows hide in the carved arches, the age-old bougainvillea hang from the corners and the well laid tables make you wonder whether you’re in Europe or really in the rural interiors of Rajasthan!
  • The suites feel like a palace within themselves - each elegantly and luxuriously furnished with four poster beds, private balconies, pastel linens and drapes, carved arches and all other modern amenities to make your stay unforgettable!

What to know

  • People traveling with young kids should watch them at all times. The children, if unattended, could lose their way around and could reach parts in the palace that are not railed/ unfenced.
  • The gorgeous communal areas of the palace are located in different buildings inter-connected by charming stairways, corridors and gardens. People with disabilities may have difficulty in reaching these areas as they aren’t connected by elevators.
  • There isn’t much to do around the palace as it is located in the interior rural villages of Rajasthan. We personally however think this is the perfect way to unwind during a vacation. (Note: The main city of Jaipur is about 1 hour 30 minutes away)
  • Some of the deluxe rooms could feel small and dark. If possible, we’d recommend reserving the deluxe suites or of course the royal suites
