GREAT FOR

Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of modern-day life in a gorgeous topical setting. For a group of friends or family looking to tune into the vibrant frequencies of Balinese spirituality while being surrounded by the lush green forests and rice fields beyond.

What we love

  • Set amidst a luscious tropical valley and offering mesmerizing views overlooking a river, this sprawling property gives you a taste of the real Bali. It’s a lush green oasis making it the ultimate setting for relaxing and reconnecting with your loved ones in the shadow of the greens.
  • The villa’s exquisite architecture gives a distinct nod to local Balinese design. Mimicking the design of a traditional Balinese home, the different rooms of the property are divided into separate pavilions. From the thatched alang-alang roofs to the rich natural materials raining from stone to reclaimed timber, the villa works in perfect harmony against its stunning Balinese backdrop.
  • The five elegant bedrooms feature soothing light colours and opulent wooden surfaces with natural light pouring in through the immense windows. All the elements come together in a harmonious union, creating an ambient setting tailor-made for a night of blissful sleep.
  • The glamorous master bathroom immediately evokes the feeling of a luxurious Balinese spa with a sleek modern design finished off with vibrant local flavour. To make the experience truly indulgent, you get to choose between an exotic rain shower and a gorgeous stone tub.
  • Don’t miss out on ayam betutu, a Balinese roasted chicken cooked for 24 hours to spicy perfection. This savoury dish is much loved by the locals and visitors alike and you can find variations of it in five-star restaurants and modest street eateries. Babi guling, or Balinese suckling pig, is another local favourite. Both of these zesty dishes are best enjoyed with an ice-cold Bintang, the local beer of choice.

What to know

  • This stunning home away from home offers a world of opportunities when it comes to indulging yourself. The only trouble might just be choosing whether to steal away for an afternoon nap in the lavish gazebo or to indulge in a soak in the villa’s decadent outdoor Jacuzzi! The property’s crowning jewel is the immaculate hillside infinity pool, guaranteed to add a touch of glamour into your stay.
  • Thanks to the property’s fluid architecture, the tropical outdoors blend seamlessly in with the villa’s chic interior. The decked-out media room is the perfect place for kicking back after a busy day out exploring the island, while the rustic wood fire oven perched out on the terrace is guaranteed to get an epic pizza party started!
  • The deliciously secluded villa offers a chance to go on long walks where you’ll be treated to visions of emerald green rice paddies and local village life, where Balinese spirituality plays a huge role. As you walk down the narrow lanes, watch your feet, as the pavements are dotted with delicate offerings of banana leaves and flowers, laid out daily to ward of evil spirits. If you’re lucky enough, you might just catch a Balinese ceremony taking over a whole block, with the entire community present in their finest traditional clothing.
  • If you’d like to make interesting additions to your wardrobe, you could go to the center of Ubud, located about 15 minutes from the villa, where you’ll find a string of hip boutiques and stores!
  • The attentive staff will cater to your every need wearing a gentle smile, allowing you to leave behind all your worldly worries and to become completely immersed in the unique state of sheer Balinese bliss.
